The sales tax referendum provides $200 million to begin widening the Beltway.

Can you imagine the disruption on and off the Beltway as it is widened to 12 lanes and multiple Springfield sized interchanges are added? The next time you drive the Beltway, mentally imagine where those extra lanes and interchanges are going to go.
